(ADDITIONAL HOMEOWNERDIRECT BILLING PROGRAM)

The Association snow/ice removal contract includes cleaning the streets, driveways and walkways once snow accumulates to 3" and above.

Seasonal sign-up is available ONLY for those occasions when snow and ice accumulations are less than 3” and driveways & walkways would not be cleared by the Association under its contract.

This driveway and walkway clearing is available by private arrangement through Snyder’s Nursery as follows;

Drivewaysand walkways…… $35.00 per storm, payable directly to Snyder’s Nursery

Billing will be sent directly to your home address by Snyder’s Nursery at the end of the season

This program is NOT administered by Longview at Montville, and enrollment forms and questions should not be directed to the management offices.

*** Failure to remit payment will be cause for suspension of services and/or exclusion from this program.

*** Submission of this agreement represents aprivate contractual relationship between your household & Snyder’s Nursery.

*** It is necessary to resubmit a new enrollment form for each and every winter season. Services are NOT AUTOMATICALLY carried over from one year to the next.
